the property which has been started ( and we are
continuing with the renovation just till it sells)

it has a kitchen area with small old but working wood

inset fire(though surround is not finished as yet),room
is about 5 mē with sliding patio doors so plenty of
light,there is also agreed planning permission if

toilet and sink,and a seperate area for washing
machine ,and the water ballon is plumbed in for hot
water,though until electricity is on ,no hot water yet.

the upstairs ,water to another bathroom ,and
drainage plumbed in,enough room for,bath,toilet
and sink,of which hopefully will be complete next
weekend.

then there will be ample room for three bedrooms,
one large master and 2 doubles,there are 4 large
velux windows in the roof and a large dormer in the
bathroom.

the field is big enough for a couple of horses or
goats etc,and the hangar would make great stables,
or very large garage for storage.

it is a lovely property,extremely quiet but only 5
mins drive to corlay and about 10 mins drive to
quintin where you have all ameneties,there is also
a little shop, bar tabac,and a primary school in the
village which is 2 mins drive,we also have on
certain days a van that comes to the house and
neighbours which sells cakes and bread.

oh just to say maybe could be ideal for gites,as
the smaller house would be suitable for a double
room upstairs frontroom which could have bed
settee to cater for a family and a kitchen/diner
and a bathroom,the larger property would be easily
a four bedroom with large kitchen,dining room and
living room and maybe 2 bathrooms.(not forgetting
that these 2 properties are total renovations.
Though i havent looked into doing this so would
have to get the permission if you were interested.

so anyone with a bit of imagination and can see
a good property investment would be ideal.
